    <directions><p>Chop the herbs fine and blend with lemon juice into butter with a spoon. (do by hand. If you use an electric mixer, food processor, or blender the spread will be green.) Make the spread a day or more before you plan to use it so the flavors have time to blend. Serve on bread or crackers.</p></directions>
