Description

easy spread from a fresh garden harvest

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fresh green basil
  • 1 tbsp fresh marjoram
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives
  • 1 t fresh rosemary
  • 1 t fresh lemon juice
  • 2 sticks butter

Instructions

Chop the herbs fine and blend with lemon juice into butter with a spoon. (do by hand. If you use an electric mixer, food processor, or blender the spread will be green.) Make the spread a day or more before you plan to use it so the flavors have time to blend. Serve on bread or crackers.
